We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring exceptional service throughout their experience. Your role will involve various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, whether it be in a restaurant, catering service, or bar setting.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Assist guests with seating arrangements and provide menus.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Ensure timely delivery of orders to tables or designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Support food preparation activities as needed, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns promptly.
Provide assistance in bartending duties when required, including preparing beverages and managing the bar area.
Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all guest interactions.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality with a focus on customer service excellence.
Experience in catering or food preparation is advantageous.
Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with guests and team members effectively.
A proactive attitude towards helping others and resolving issues as they arise.
Previous experience in a restaurant or bartending role is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
