WAITING STAFF - Cafe Bar 1780, PRINCE'S SQUARE, GLASGOW

Multiple positions - Full Time & Part Time

Cafe Bar 1780 is a brand-new cafe bar in the heart of Glasgow's stylish Prince's Square. Serving breakfast, brunch, light lunches, evening dining, and late-night drinks, alongside live music and regular events - 1780 is one of the city's most exciting new venues.

We're now looking for

waiting staff

to join our front-of-house team from day one. If you're upbeat, switched-on, and love giving great service, this is a fantastic chance to join an independent hospitality group that values its people and invests in long-term team members.

THE ROLE

Welcoming guests, taking orders, and delivering a professional, friendly experience Running food and drinks to tables with care and attention to detail Managing table service quickly, smoothly, and with a smile Working closely with bar, kitchen, and management teams Helping to maintain high standards of cleanliness, atmosphere, and service on the floor
YOU ARE

Confident, friendly, and great with people Calm under pressure and quick on your feet A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team Focused on providing excellent service and making guests feel looked after Ideally experienced in hospitality (full training of company standards will be given)*

Cafe Bar 1780 is part of a growing independent hospitality group, with sister venues including Cafe Bar 1807 in Linlithgow, 1912 in Bathgate, and 1962 in Livingston Designer Outlet. We're supplied by our own award-winning butcher (David Stein Butchers), and we take real pride in what we put on the plate and how we look after our teams. Many of our staff have been with us for years - we're always looking for people who want to grow with us long-term.
