We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities

Serve beverages and food items to guests in a friendly and efficient manner Prepare and mix drinks according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including equipment and utensils Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards Engage with guests to provide excellent service, including upselling menu items Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed

Experience

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred Familiarity with food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous Experience in serving or bar work will be beneficial Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers Ability to manage time effectively in a busy setting while maintaining attention to detail A background in kitchen or culinary roles would be an asset
