Job Description

Boo Koos in Helston, are looking for Experienced Wait Staff who have flexibility to work 1-2 weekday daytime shifts, 1-2 weekday evenings and most importantly must be available weekends. The ideal candidate will also be a strong possible contender for a promotion to Team Leader and the pay rise which comes with the role.

Customer Service experience and Wait experience is a required. Ideal qualities: efficiency, fast learner with a winning personality who thrives working as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Ability to multi-task well in busy periods. Present menu and provide detailed information when asked (e.g. portion sizes, ingredients and food allergens (allergen training provided) Prepare tables by arranging table settings Up-sell products Ensure age requirements for consumption of alcohol are meet. Accurately take and serve food and drinks orders Deliver bills and collect payments Clear tables of dirty dishes and deliver to the washing area Liaise with co-workers to inform yourself on new menu items, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations (e. g. parties) Follow relevant Regulations: Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and ID checks for alcohol consumption Carry out drink (soft, alcoholic and milkshake) preparation
