Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and housekeeper to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional breakfast dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing outstanding guest services. As a housekeeper you will be involved in changing beds, cleaning rooms and surrounding areas.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus Take accurate food and drink orders Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and kitchen Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders change beds Clean rooms.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Excellent guest services skills with a friendly demeanour Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment A proactive approach to helping others, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued
