Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy and presentation standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns or requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service in various settings. Support bartending duties when required, including mixing drinks and serving beverages.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide outstanding customer service. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a busy atmosphere. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: 12.50-16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
