Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for guest satisfaction. Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to larger groups. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience as a Barista is an advantage but not essential. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to serving and hospitality. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. Pay: 12.21 per hour
