Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in during their meal and addressing any concerns promptly Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Handle transactions accurately using the POS system Support colleagues in delivering a seamless dining experience for all guests

Skills

Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food handling Familiarity with restaurant operations and food preparation processes Barista experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in beverage service Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Organised with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities A proactive team player committed to providing outstanding customer service
