Candidates must have a can do attitude, be trust worthy and very friendly. We are looking for individuals who have a bright and bubbly personality and who are able to work well alongside a team as well as thrive on their own.

General day to day duties would include:

- Opening & closing the restaurant/Bar, serving food, drinks etc (Shifts example - 7:30am - 3pm - 2.30/3pm - 11pm or later - 12- 9pm )

- Running busy lunch and dinner services, working alongside other team members

- Working busy evening shifts running a section competently on their own

- Greeting customers with a bubbly happy personality

Training will be offered where needed, however candidates who already have a good level of training on the above would be more desirable.
