Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, answering questions, and making recommendations. Upsell menu items to increase sales and enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations through regular bussing and sanitation practices. Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures. Follow food safety guidelines and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining

Skills

Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, particularly in quick service or fast food settings. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities. Previous experience in serving, cashiering roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
