We are Hykeham based, but events can see us travel all over Lincolnshire and beyond.

What is the role?

We have positions available for part-time waiters and waitresses, with possible opportunities for bar work for applicants over the age of 18. In this position, you will mainly assume the role of 'Front of House'; setting tables, carrying and clearing food and drink to and from the tables, cleaning, using the dishwasher and any other tasks to help the team in making the event a success. Many of our events are weddings and large parties but no two days are the same.

As a Waiter / Waitress you will need:

Good physical strength, stamina, and the ability to work fast, to a high standard under pressure. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Good verbal and written communication skills. Great customer service skills. Be professional and highly organised. General maths skills. Wanting to learn & develop - we want you to grow with us! The desire and motivation to work in a high standard, fine-dining style environment. Ability to maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation. Have a friendly, professional persona and you must be a strong team player. You pride yourself on putting the guest at the heart of everything you do and going the extra mile to always create a memorable guest experience. You thrive on teamwork and support your team and management to guarantee we deliver a fully positive, fine dining experience. You are keen to use your interpersonal skills, energy and passion for food to ensure the highest standards and performance targets are constantly achieved.

Requirements

Applicants must be willing to work evenings and weekends. Must be willing to travel to events and will preferably drive their own vehicle, although this is not essential. Those with previous customer service/hospitality experience are preferred and you must be eager to learn. All applicants must be fully eligible to work in the UK.

Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
