Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Assist in food preparation as required, adhering to health and safety regulations. Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes. Willing to work nights and Friday to Sunday

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for patrons. Experience in serving and bartending, with a flair for upselling products. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately.
