Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders, offering recommendations and upselling items when appropriate. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards of quality. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations at all times. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and kitchen, ensuring all health and safety standards are followed. Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential. Strong understanding of food safety practices and culinary knowledge is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. A friendly disposition with a genuine passion for providing outstanding guest services. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
