You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive top-notch hospitality. Duties

Greet and seat customers promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Serve food and beverages to customers efficiently and courteously. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care. Support catering events as required, providing excellent service to guests. Stay informed about menu items, including daily specials and dietary restrictions.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous. Familiarity with restaurant operations, including bartending skills, is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. A positive attitude and willingness to help others.

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
