We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service while enjoying their meals. Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm welcome. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently. Assist with food preparation when necessary, maintaining high standards of food safety. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring all orders are correct. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils. Assist with catering events as required, providing excellent service to larger groups. Perform bartending duties when needed, mixing drinks according to established recipes.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A friendly demeanour with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their dining experience. Bartending experience is a plus but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
