Rate of Pay:

up to 15 per hour

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide information on menu items, including allergies, and make recommendations to enhance the guest experience through upselling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are fresh and properly stored. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests. Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure all guests receive prompt attention. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Experience:

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. Familiarity with serving techniques and food safety, such allergies practices is essential. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Experience in kitchen or culinary roles would be advantageous but not mandatory. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once. A genuine passion for guest services and creating memorable dining experiences.
