Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders, using basic maths skills to process transactions efficiently. Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations and culinary best practices. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of dishes served. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive service and anticipating guest needs.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. A team player who can work collaboratively within a diverse team environment. A passion for helping others and providing outstanding service in the hospitality industry.
