Job Overview: We are seeking a customer-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our team. As a member of waiting staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable. Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure timely delivery of meals - Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner - Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns - Upsell menu items and promote daily specials - Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including tables, counters, and dining areas - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation Requirements: - Previous experience as a Server or in a similar role is preferred but not required - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor - Excellent food preparation knowledge, including understanding of ingredients and menu items - Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Culinary background or training is a plus If you are passionate about providing exceptional guest service, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic restaurant setting, we invite you to apply for the position.Join our team today!
