Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant's ordering system. Deliver food and beverages promptly to tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any customer concerns regarding their meals. Process payments efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the dining experience. Participate in catering events as required, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Skills in food preparation or bartending are considered beneficial. A strong understanding of customer service principles and the ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment. Excellent communication skills with an ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
