Duties

Welcome guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food preparation and organisation as needed to support the kitchen team Clear tables efficiently and maintain a tidy dining area throughout service Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including catering options where applicable Handle customer queries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene protocols Support barista duties if required, including preparing specialised coffee beverages

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards Experience in restaurant service or barista work is advantageous Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a welcoming demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods Organised with attention to detail in order-taking and presentation Knowledge of food preparation processes is beneficial but not essential A positive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-18.27 per hour
