Duties

Serve food and beverages in accordance with company standards, maintaining presentation quality Assist with food preparation when required, supporting kitchen staff as needed Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting tables and clearing after service Support catering events by setting up and serving in various settings Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times, including proper handling of food and beverages Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Skills

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Experience in food preparation or working as a barista is a plus Strong communication skills with an approachable manner Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Friendly, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellent customer service Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems is advantageous
