Job Summary

We are seeking EXPERIENCED, enthusiastic and dedicated Waiting Staff to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment on a part time basis. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a friendly smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations and upselling menu items when appropriate. Prepare and present food items according to established standards of food preparation and safety. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices. Understanding of food safety standards to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods. Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly disposition. Experience in upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience for guests. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 7.50-12.22 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
