Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Server to join our dynamic hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have experience in catering, serving, and food preparation within a restaurant environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively setting, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. Previous waiting experience and knowledge of good standards are essential. The position Will include a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends so is NOT suitable for school students

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and take their orders accurately, providing detailed menu information when required Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation meets quality standards Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the service area Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of tables, cutlery, and service stations throughout shifts Support bar operations if applicable, including preparing drinks and managing bar stock Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently to uphold health standards Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods

Requirements

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards Experience in food preparation or working as a barista is advantageous Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive guest experiences

Pay: 7.50-12.21 per hour
