Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and restaurant service, ensuring that every customer receives attentive and friendly service. This role requires a passion for food and drink, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Applicants MUST be able to work evenings and weekends and as this is a FULL TIME position this role is not suitable for students.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service throughout the occasion. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction. Uphold food safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment for all patrons.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure during busy service periods. A passion for catering and delivering memorable dining experiences is essential. Attention to detail in serving practices to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
