We are seeking friendly and hard-working waiting staff to join our Foxes Den family.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable.

Additional hours available on half term/school holidays.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner

- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverages

- Take accurate orders

- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately

- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials

- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in with them throughout their meal

- Process payments and handle cash transactions

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas

- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Barista experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members

- Basic math skills for handling payments

- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- A positive attitude and willingness to help others
