Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers Serve meals, drinks, and desserts in a timely and courteous manner Ensure all orders are prepared according to food safety standards and company policies Assist with setting up and clearing tables efficiently Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of the dining area and service stations throughout shifts Support colleagues in organising catering events or special functions as required Promote menu items, including specials or promotions, to enhance guest experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is desirable, including barista skills if applicable Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced setting Friendly demeanour with a genuine passion for hospitality and customer service Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
