Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any guest inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to offer recommendations to guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Experience in serving, catering, or barista roles is advantageous. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and service. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 24 per week
