Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers receive outstanding service in a friendly and efficient manner. Your passion for hospitality and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner. Take accurate food and drink orders from customers. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals. Process payments accurately and efficiently at the end of each meal service. Support bartending staff when required, including mixing drinks and serving cocktails.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment is essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player mentality with the ability to help colleagues as needed. Basic bartending skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week
