About the Role
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused waiting staff to join the front-of-house team at our new restaurant. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all guests
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and beverages to a high standard
Ensure tables are clean, set, and presented correctly
Handle payments and operate the till system
Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Follow all food hygiene, health & safety procedures
Deal with customer queries or issues professionally and politely
What We're Looking For
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to work well as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
Attention to detail and good time management
We are located in Portrush, and in order to apply candidates must be able to reliably commute to Portrush. Also, you must be based in the UK as we are unable to offer sponsorship at this moment
