Job Description

Ideal for any local students over 15 years old looking for weekend/holiday work or someone looking for part-time work in the holidays.

Previous experience of working in a cafe, restaurant and front of house would be ideal but not essential - we are happy to train people. We are looking for staff that are reliable, friendly, polished, professional, trustworthy and confident. You must have a willingness to learn and take advice and knowledge from those that offer it to you.

Duties & Requirements Setting up and preparing for service Taking dishes from kitchen to tables Providing customers' with the true Griffin experience - ensuring that the customer feels they have been welcomed and looked after throughout their time with us Clearing, cleaning and wiping tables and the bar etc Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly At end of service/shift making sure tables are ready for next service/shift as required 5 hygiene levels across all areas
Polite, friendly and confident A can-do attitude, no job or request is too big or small Liaising with kitchen and other teams Great attention to detail Ad hoc tasks as required Must be willing to work weekends and school/university holidays
