We're a brand-new, vibrant Japanese fusion restaurant in the heart of Tunbridge Wells, blending traditional Japanese flavours with a modern twist. From sushi and small plates to cocktails and music nights, we're here to bring energy, flavour, and a unique dining experience to the town.

We're on the lookout for enthusiastic, friendly and professional wait staff to join our front-of-house team.

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional service to guests with a warm, welcoming attitude Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a smooth dining experience Share menu knowledge and make recommendations Work closely with the bar and kitchen team Help maintain a clean and stylish dining environment

We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a busy restaurant or bar is preferred but not essential A passion for food, drinks, and creating memorable experiences Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused mindset Availability on evenings and weekends is a must (especially Fridays & Saturdays)
