Bells are looking to recruit Waiting Staff to support us in our busy restaurant.

We are looking for someone who is fully flexible between 11am and 8:30pm, and can commit to 20 hours per week with occasional overtime.

Our ideal candidate would be someone with hospitality experience, who is passionate about food and customer service, however we will consider candidates with no experience who demonstrate our passion for customer service.

The responsibilities of this role include:

- Greeting guests, taking orders and serving food and drinks to guests

- Showing a genuine care about customer satisfaction

- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

- Help answer question regarding the products we offer, including allergens where appropriate

- Processing both card and cash payments

Some weekend and late work will be required.

As a member of our Waiting Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in serving and food safety to ensure a seamless dining experience. Your hospitality expertise will shine as you engage with customers, take orders, and assist with food preparation. With a focus on time management and guest services, you will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant, making every visit memorable for our patrons.
