Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking orders, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, and a strong understanding of food safety standards is essential. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are noted Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Assist with food preparation when necessary, supporting the kitchen team as required Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including proper food safety procedures Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of the dining area throughout service Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities Handle customer queries professionally and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Support barista duties if required, including preparing coffee and other beverages

Qualifications

Previous experience in restaurant service, catering, or hospitality is preferred Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment A friendly, approachable manner with a keen eye for detail Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Basic food preparation skills are desirable but not essential A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
