Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all customers receive outstanding service, while also assisting with food preparation and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to food safety are essential for this role.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process customer orders accurately, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Assist with catering events as required, providing support during setup and service. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas throughout service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for resolution. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is required, training will be provided. Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous. Experience in bartending or catering can be beneficial for this role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team are essential. A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and a commitment to providing excellent service are key attributes we seek in our ideal candidate.

Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
