We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing attentive service and ensuring that our patrons enjoy their dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere within the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring high culinary standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Address guest inquiries and provide assistance to ensure a pleasant dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.

Skills

Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques. Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience. Proficient time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently. Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required. A passion for the culinary arts and commitment to providing outstanding service.

Pay: 11.69-13.00 per hour
