Join our small & lovely front of house team at Tallow in Southborough.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to contribute to our renowned hospitality experience. As a Front of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest service and satisfaction.

We are closed Sundays and Mondays, bank holidays, Christmas and New Years eve.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in providing excellent guest services by welcoming customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery to guests.
- Utilize strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining a high level of service.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential.
- Familiarity with front of house operations, including guest interaction and order processing.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
