El bar de tapas is a family run business in the heart of the historic Stevenage High Street. We serve traditional Spanish tapas, and seasonal specials, which combine the finest imported products with sustainably sourced local produce.

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for food and who are committed to providing an outstanding customer experience.

What's essential for us?

Hardworking, enthusiastic professionals Experience of working in a fast paced environment essential, with a minimum of one year in hospitality Passionate about food with great customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
