As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each dining experience is memorable, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks with a friendly smile.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Ensure that tables are clean, well-organised, and properly set for each guest. Assist with food preparation and catering tasks as needed, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism, striving to provide solutions that enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests effectively. Uphold cleanliness standards in both dining areas and service stations throughout the shift.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to help others enjoy their dining experience. Experience in food preparation or catering is advantageous but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with guests and team members. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment. Previous experience in a restaurant setting or bartending is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.66-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
