Wild Goose Aberdeen is looking for enthusiastic and experienced
Floor Staff
to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering warm, attentive service in a vibrant and welcoming setting. As a member of our front-of-house team, you'll help create outstanding guest experiences through efficient service, confident floor presence, and genuine hospitality.
Duties
Welcome and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and ensure they are delivered promptly
Make and serve coffees to a high standard (barista experience preferred but not essential)
Provide attentive service throughout guests' visits, handling requests and resolving issues with professionalism
Work closely with colleagues and the kitchen/bar team to ensure smooth service
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-presented dining area
Support events and private functions when required
Stay up to date with menu items, specials, and promotions to engage with guests confidently
Requirements
Previous experience working as floor staff in a busy hospitality environment
Strong customer service skills with a confident and friendly manner
Barista skills are an advantage (training available if needed)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining excellent attention to detail
A reliable and flexible team player with a proactive attitude
Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 42.5 per week

Waiting and Serving: 1 year (required)
Hosting: 1 year (preferred)
Floor Management: 1 year (preferred)
