Here at Waterman, we have a bistro, two private dinning rooms, a large event space and our very own cookery school! Working with us will give you the opportunity to expand your skills in all things hospitality!
What you will do...
Provide exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean dining environment. Assist in food service, ensuring timely delivery of orders. Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables and guest requests. Uphold a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's hospitality values.
What you will need...
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting A passion for great customer service Knowledge of food safety practices A good understanding of wines (preferred)
