Responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude. Take accurate food and drink orders while ensuring timely delivery. Assist in food preparation and presentation as needed. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe environment preferred. Strong hospitality skills with a passion for customer service. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
