We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a memorable dining experience. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred, along with a passion for food and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure all food safety standards are adhered to during service and food preparation Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff when required Manage multiple tables effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure timely service Handle guest queries professionally, providing excellent guest services at all times Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including setting up tables and clearing after service Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operation

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling procedures Basic maths skills for billing and transaction processing Familiarity with food preparation and kitchen operations is advantageous Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Ability to provide outstanding guest services with a friendly demeanour Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not essential A professional attitude with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
