Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requirements are accommodated Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene Provide excellent guest service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Clear tables promptly and assist with setting up for upcoming service periods Maintain cleanliness in all service areas in accordance with food safety regulations Assist in food preparation when necessary, supporting kitchen staff as required Manage multiple tables effectively during busy periods, demonstrating strong time management skills

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts A proactive attitude towards guest services and upselling opportunities Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
