Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and drink orders, ensuring attention to detail. Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to food safety standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism, providing excellent guest services. Assist with food preparation as needed, following proper culinary techniques. Perform basic math calculations for order processing and billing purposes. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a serving role. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures is essential. Basic culinary skills and kitchen experience are advantageous. Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. Strong guest service orientation with the ability to build rapport with customers.
