The Chancery Rosewood - opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, it's a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.


As a part of our Waiting Team, you will be at the heart of our dining experience, delivering impeccable service with warmth and professionalism. With a deep understanding of our menus and a passion for hospitality, you will create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring every meal is an exceptional one.


Key Responsibilities


Provide attentive and personalized service, anticipating guest needs. Deliver a seamless dining experience by maintaining exceptional service standards. Offer expert knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and wine pairings. Ensure tables are set, presented, and maintained to the highest luxury standards. Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
About You


Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or fine dining environment. A passion for hospitality and delivering world-class service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. A proactive and team-oriented approach to service.

Balancing the rich history of the iconic building with contemporary comforts prioritized by today's luxury traveler, the hotel will showcase architecture restoration by British architect Sir David Chipperfield of David Chipperfield Architects and interiors by French architect Joseph Dirand.
