Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality service, ensuring food safety, and assisting with food preparation. Your ability to upsell menu items and manage your time effectively will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. Take accurate food and drink orders, providing recommendations and upselling where appropriate. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, responding promptly to any requests or concerns. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure the health and well-being of our guests. Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately. A genuine passion for guest services and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in upselling techniques is advantageous but can be developed on the job.

Pay: 15,269.59-20,952.16 per year
