We are looking for ome one to join our evening team, Our days are Monday to Saturday, The very rare Sunday shift if there is Rugby on. Hours are genrelly half four till half ten, Slightly later on a Friday and Saturday. Weekends are parramount.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with a smile.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders, using basic maths skills to process payments efficiently. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Assist with food preparation in the kitchen when necessary, adhering to food safety regulations. Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for the next guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise during service.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. A strong understanding of food safety practices is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and teamwork. A keen interest in culinary arts and willingness to learn about menu items and preparation methods. Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
