Job Description
Southern Cross Cafe is looking for full and part time waiting staff and bar/barista staff. Candidates must be well presented and enjoy working in a busy and fun cafe environment. Previous Experience is essential. Shifts range from 8- 10am start and 6pm finish. Full training is provided. If interested please hand in CV to the cafe FAO Rod.
Summary
As Waiting/Barista Staff, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, your core operations, serving, and food safety will ensure a smooth dining experience. Your premium hospitality skills will enhance guest interactions, while relevant skills in food preparation, basic math, and time management will support efficient service. Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive dining experience. Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards. Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Utilize time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour
