We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and support throughout their visit.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Take accurate orders from guests, ensuring all dietary requirements and preferences are noted. Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology is advantageous. Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. A friendly demeanour with exceptional communication skills to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
