Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only serving drinks but also contributing to the overall guest experience through your knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Upsell food and drink items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Assist in food preparation as required, ensuring all items are presented attractively. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations during busy periods. Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Skills

Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs. Experience in food preparation or culinary roles is an advantage. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong guest service skills, with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on guest satisfaction. Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour
